At Pelagico, we want you to be completely stoked with your gear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Design
If there's an issue with the design on your shirt (e.g., misprint, incorrect graphic, or significant flaw), we'll happily send you a replacement at no charge. To help us understand what went wrong and ensure our quality control, we require the following:
Photos of the front and back of the shirt clearly showing the design issue.
You will not need to return the original shirt in these cases. Once we review the images, we'll process your replacement.
Other Returns & Exchanges
For all other return or exchange requests (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), please note the following:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags still attached.
We accept returns and exchanges within [Number] days of your delivery date. (You'll need to decide on a specific timeframe here, e.g., 30 days.)
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error (outside of design issues, which are covered above).
